SERVICES

What I do

I provide thorough assessment and treatment in your home, child’s school/kinder, or in local parks/playgrounds. This can include:

· Individualised treatment programs that are tailored to your child’s needs including strengthening, positioning, stretching, and play ideas 

· Education and advice to parents/families on the best way to optimise outcomes for your child 

· Assisting with any equipment needs 

· Liaising with other health care providers, schools, and referrers 


I currently service Eastern metropolitan Melbourne but may be able to service outside of this area on a case by case basis. Please contact me to discuss.  


I am registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and have a current Working with Children's check. 

Fees and Funding

Medicare - medicare rebates are available if your child has a CDM plan (attainable from your local GP)


Private Health Insurance - you are eligible to claim through your private health insurance based on your individual cover


NDIS - you can elect to have physiotherapy with Move to Grow Physio if your child receives funding through the NDIS and you are self managed or plan managed

Payment

You will be sent an invoice on the day of service. Payment will be due within 7 days of receiving the invoice via direct bank transfer. 

Cancellations

Please provide 24 hours notice prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
